Education: PDGM- IIM, Ahmedabad and CA
Bhavin brings over 25 years diverse investment experience across investment banking, Private Equity and Public Markets portfolio management with marquee firms
He has spent over 16 years with Kotak, the latest being Co-founder of India Whizdom Fund, a long only (Cat 3 AIF) fund with a focus on listed equities. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director at Kotak Private Equity (Cat 2 AIF); led several PE transactions and represented the fund on company boards. Earlier he was with Kotak Investment banking working closely with corporates to raise growth capital from Private Equity funds.
Prior to Kotak, he set up the India business for SPI Technologies and was part of the VC fund Crimson (Asia) based out of Hong Kong.
He started his career with JM Mogan Stanley in the investment banking team.

Divyansh has worked across multiple roles encompassing strategy, consulting, operations and business roles focusing on the BFSI space. He had played an instrumental role in setting up of new-age tech enabled operations for Jio Money, India Post Payments Bank and launching of digital only personal loans and mortgage business for Navi.
Divyansh has been investing in the Indian equity markets for over ten years across mid & small cap companies which are growth oriented, run by able managements who have guided the business across cycles. At Latent, Divyansh continues to fuse his business operating experience with his investments experience to find interesting investment opportunities
Nishant Parakh

Seasoned professional with ~four years of experience in optimizing operations across Global Banking and Management for a leading investment bank.
Education: MBA – Christ University, Bengaluru and B.COM- Gujarat University
Nishant is a seasoned financial services professional with approximately four years of experience in service level agreement (SLA) management, operational optimization, and risk mitigation across diverse financial processes. He has successfully led the transition of the Soft Dollar process for global clients, including those governed by MiFID II regulations, ensuring compliance and efficiency. During his tenure at eClerx Services Ltd., Nishant played a key role in enhancing Static Data, Rate Management, and Reconciliation processes for a leading investment bank, contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.
